Abu-Fahd and Abu-Snan began their culinary careers very early in their lives.  Both chefs migrated from the Republic of Yemen, seeking an opportunity at the American Dream in their very own way - but a shared passion for the kitchen and food. The two later met as sous chefs of a large franchise, where they quickly gained the mutual respect for one-another and harmony due to their shared backgrounds. After decades of work besides one-another, they decided it’s time to create their own enterprise, infusing their vast experience and new ideas to please the masses.

Today, both chefs operate a number of successful restaurants and have become popular kitchen consultants in their region. The Malek brand, however, remains to be the crown jewel of their combined efforts.
